I almost slapped my boyfriend’s dad’s ass.

I was in the kitchen and his dad was bent over in the fridge.

I reeled back, ready to strike, when I heard my boyfriend calling from down the hallway, “Hey Kate! Did you check the smoker before we left?”

Horrified, I slowly looked down and then backed away into the living room.
