How likely would Abraham Lincoln be to survive his wounds today?

Doubtful.

He was shot at close-range and the bullet went through the back of his brain, through the left hemisphere, to the front of the inner skull, fracturing both orbital plates (eye sockets). The ventricles and eyes filled with blood and the brain herniated through the foramen magnum. This sequence of events universally ends in death.

On the off chance he lived, he would be unable to see or speak nor move his right side and would likely have major psychological problems. Most importantly, he would never return to be president.
