If Apple Watch fails and iPhone revenue slows down, will Tim Cook step down as CEO of Apple?

If Apple Watch fails it will be because the market isn't ready yet. No killer app, no functionality that makes a very expensive second portable computer worth the money, not enough people willing to buy one just because Apple made it (has to happen sometime). Google Glass is still waiting for its killer app, but Glass is much, much, much more compelling than watches are.

Do you fire your CEO for trying to get into a potentially huge market early? Can Apple continue to be one of the more conservative tech companies around, or do they need to take some chances with all that financial and marketing capital they've amassed?

If Cook were to get fired, it's much more likely to be because of bad decisions like basing Siri on technology they didn't own and could lose access to - if that was his decision in the first place.
