This may shock some, but I believe that it is quite possible that a very large number of people are entirely uninterested in the early-quitting Governor's opinion on public issues, and think that there are somewhat more important criteria for their decision.
But certainly, for the subset of people who avidly depend on Ms. Palin's pronouncements to make their voting choices, this must be momentous news.
