have a natural tendency towards structure and discipline.
I crave routine and rarely second guess what I have told myself I need to do.
Here is the catch: any time life has whacked me out of my established routine (moving countries, moving homes, resigning from a job, taking a new job, getting a divorce) I find that I am at my most alive.
I've learned that the very routine I crave ends up dulling my senses.
The habit that has done me the most good is to make it a point to shake things up for myself when I feel I have gotten too comfortable.
Discomfort is vital for growth.
