There isn't a scale for “Americanness” and hopefully there never will be.
There's plenty of valid, verifiable, measurable ways to distinguish between Clinton and Trump on criteria relevant to the election.
There is no good reason for attempting to call one less “American” than the other. I suggest the very notion is highly offensive and dangerous.
