I make a decent living because of where I was born, how my parents raised me, and who I know. There is no such thing as innate intelligence, power, or productivity.
Every person on the planet is "smart enough" to benefit from modern society, and for what it's worth, I believe the subsistence laborers who spend their days cleaning your toilets, taking out your trash, and preparing your food while you browse Facebook and Quora also contributed more to society than you did by formulating this question.
However, I don't think it'd be fair for them to "cull" you simply because they're more productive than you are.
