- Setting aside quiet time (silence, space, peace) has always been the first step in correcting the course of my life.
- When I set aside 20 minutes of silent time to think about where my life is going I begin to witness incredible change.
- I find that everything I need is already inside me and that it sometimes gets diluted in a world of interference. All I need to give myself is the opportunity to listen.
Added bonus -
- If instead of using those twenty minutes to think I use them to breathe and just experience my deep, slow breaths - in, out, in, out - if I practice watching all my thoughts float by without holding on to them, then that is called "meditation", and it changes everything.
