BLACK CHILDREN
Well, more than a mind-blowing 'BS' fact, I find it a sad fact.
In China, if you have a more than one child then you are breaking the rule of one child policy. To legalise your second child, the parents their have to pay fine which is termed as “social maintenance fee”. If any parent unable to pay that fine, then their second child is termed as "Black Child"
Black child or children are those conceived in violation of China’s one-child policy. Those children don't have any right to schooling, health care, formal job or a legal marriage. Such children are deprived from every citizen rights of their country. They are like aliens in their own country.
As China has announced to end this hugely controversial law, this has given a huge hope to these so called BLACK CHILDREN.
