Is traditional Chinese better than simplified Chinese?

let me show you .
.Here are my first name Ning .
Traditional Chinese :寍、寕、甯
Simplified Chinese : 宁 
 As  you can see traditional Chinese has three different ways to write my first name,it's hard to remember and difficult for  foreigners to learn .
      I'd like to use simplified Chinses on daily life ,more easier ,faster .
       And  use simplified Chinses doesen't mean we can not read traditional Chinese any more ,in some cases we still use traditional Chinese .
