Note: This question was changed after I answered it. It was "Who was a worse president. . .?"
"Tell me Mr. Anonymous, when did you stop raping children?" That's called "begging the question". This question is not just begged (worse), it's intentionally loaded. It's loaded to convey some personal invective.
Barack Obama is a pretty good president (currently) and I think history will be kind to him in the long run. He's been successful in many of his initiatives -- but not without setbacks and not without mistakes. Jimmy Carter was largely destroyed by the price of oil and the hostage crisis. Not that he didn't make other mistakes. But history in this case made the presidency more than the man (which tells you just how weak he was in many ways). A good man, Like John Adams, but a not so great president.
Carter was "worse". But not terrible. Obama seems pretty good. But not amazing.
