Are the Clintons, based on today's standard, a DINO (democrat/s in name only)?

The Clintons support the legacy of Franklin Roosevelt (Social Security, a minimum wage, unemployment compensation, the FDIC) and Lyndon Johnson (Medicare, Medicaid, the 1964  Civil Rights Act, the Voting Rights Act), and the progressive advances that followed (a woman's right to choose, family leave, the now lapsed Brady Bill, marriage equality, and income equality).
 
I don't understand why this would qualify them as DINOs. They would defend what most Republicans would privatize, voucherize, or euthanize.
 
Bill Clinton was probably the best speaker at the Democratic Convention in 2012 and Hillary Clinton served loyally as Barack Obama's Secretary of State.
 
So, no, both Clintons--based on today's standard--are Democrats in Reality. True, Senator Elizabeth Warren is more to the left on certain issues, but the Democratic tent is large enough to accommodate them.
