How is it helpful for Arya to become a faceless person when she can't kill the people she wants to?

The overall plot idea is that she'll learn all of their skills and tricks, leave them, return to Westeros and apply them there to people she does actually want to kill. She may think she wants to be "No One" but she'll eventually find out (and may have already found out) that she will never not be Arya Stark.
