Absolutely not. Pets, sure. Children, no. At least not to the point where they could be identified as being named after a character. This might be a little more acceptable in the long run, when/if the series has demonstrated longevity such that the references won't feel dated. But I'd never ever do it.
I also feel like any girl named Khaleesi (which is not even Dany's real name, making it even more ridiculous, because you know some of these people legitimately think it is her name) should have her therapy paid for by HBO ad infinitum.
