So how to stop the Dance of the Dragons?
- Tell Viserys I to not remarry after his first wife's death, or at least, not to marry Alicent Hightower and her power-grabbing family.
- If he has to remarry, then Rhaenyra and Aegon should have been married to each other, even with the age discrepancy and even though they hated each other.
- If he wants to keep Rhaenyra as the heir, renew the lords' oaths that were sworn to her. He never did after the first time, and a lot of lords who had signed it ended up dying, with their heirs choosing to disregard the oath.
- Explain the outcome of the DotD (lots of dead people, dead dragons, dead kids and dead Targaryens) and see if they think it was all worth it. I'm guessing no.
