Oh easy, I would like a human for each meal.
I could have a friend to talk to for a few hours before I butchered them and consumed their flesh mwuhahaha!
Having a friend just for a few hours, and even if they were terrified of me eating them would keep me from being lonely and going insane with loneliness like Tom Hanks did. Also, if I skipped a few meals I could try and plan with these people a way to escape this island. Or failing that, make a boat out of their corpses. Bones to build the frame of the boat, hair to tie them together and I would wrap the whole frame in their flayed skin to give it a watertight shell. I could probably also make a sail out of their skin too.
Wow, that got weird quickly. I guess you better hope you never meet me on a desert island.
