YES. And I was livid.
I went out on a ride with my work with some CBT students. I borrowed one of the schools bikes, and left mine at the compound. I came back to find another student RIDING MY BRAND SPANKING NEW BIKE. And they dropped it! I was so so mad. I even put my keys in the safe, so they would’ve had to go in there, de-tag my keys, go out to the bike, take off the sign that said ‘not for schools usage’, take off the wheel lock, and then start it.
I asked the young chap to turn the engine off, and put the bike on the stand. He did so, with hesitation. I asked him what the hell he thought he was doing, and he said that he thought it was the bike he was supposed to use at the school. I spoke with my colleague, and he confirmed that the student was told NOT to touch my bike.
Guy failed his CBT on not being able to follow basic instructions. I’m still mad to this day and that was about a year ago.
