For me it's this. A credit card sized bottle opener. It's special to me as I'd seen one a friend had and commented on it to my mother and step-father. He is a sheet metal worker. About a week later I came home for dinner and found this sitting on the table at my spot. My step-father had found some downtime at work and decided to take the measurements and make one for me from scratch. It's not as pretty as the one my friend had, but means much more to me as it was a very kind gesture on his part. Haven't been without it since. Thanks Wayne!
