What everyday habits drain our energy?

  • Check your phone all the time (hope your crush will text you)
  • Skip your meals just because you think you can get skinnier doing them
  • Waiting for the "right time" to do your task
  • Complaining
  • Waiting for the "right time" to work out
  • Calculate how many hours it takes to do your task
  • Complaining to your friends about your task
  • Eat junk food
  • Anxious and think about your task all the time
  • Daydreaming about something that will never happen

So here's are the things that i think can fix all the problems above:

  • Eat healthy - seriously guys, stop eating junk food
  • Workout - for me my favorites workouts are dance and HIIT. checkout Fitness Blender on Youtube, they are amazing FitnessBlender
  • Face the reality - stop the daydreaming and make it happen, if you cannot change the situation, accept it and move on
  • Stop Complaining - very few people really care about you, others just curious
  • "Count Your Blessings to Find What You Look For" - Rolling in the deep by Adele
  • Stop Waiting for the Right Time - The time never waits for anyone guys!
